At just 1.5 years old and under 40 lbs, Indie is living proof that resilience and bravery. After being dumped on a highway and surviving in fear for months, she’s rewritten her story in the most beautiful way. What was once a terrified pup who could barely make it out the front door is now a dog who eagerly hops into the car, explores trails, attends playdates, and makes new friends wherever she goes.

Indie has truly blossomed in foster care, and her confidence continues to grow every single day. She’s even become a bit of a socialite! Approved for daycare and loving her time at Noble Dog Lodge, plus showing off her charm at events like UltiMutt. While she’s learning the world isn’t so scary after all, her perfect day still includes plenty of playtime followed by a long, cozy nap.

She’s the best kind of companion. Playful and silly when you want to have fun, then ready to curl up on the couch with a bone and her favorite person when it’s time to relax. Indie is dog-friendly, cat-savvy (though she might pester a shy cat to play), crate trained, potty trained, and an all-around A+ goofball.

Because of her past and her love for zoomies, Indie will need a home with a securely fenced yard where she can safely run and be her happiest self.
