Pooh Bear is a 9-year-old mixed breed who weighs about 25 pounds and is currently a little on the chunky side. He came into rescue after his beloved owner passed away, and he’s been nothing short of a joy to have in our care. Social, sweet, and full of charm, Pooh Bear is a little guy with a big personality. He loves meeting new people and gets along great with other dogs. He’s crate trained and does well with house training as long as he’s kept on a schedule. He’s also a dream in the car and walks politely on a loose leash. Pooh Bear is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative. He does have hypothyroidism, which is easily managed with a simple medication called Thyro-Tabs taken twice daily. The best part is this medication is extremely inexpensive, costing around $3 a month when ordered online. Pooh Bear is ready to bring joy and companionship to a new forever home.
